New Year's Eve River Party performer applications

Relax, unwind and bring in the new year at the annual New Year’s Eve River Party. This event brings families and friends together to celebrate the year that was, in true Mackay style!

We are currently looking for food vendors and market stalls to join us for another great day!

Sunday, 31 December, 2023
6pm – 9pm

Please submit your application by completing the fields below.

Type of performance

*Genre, number of songs, number of dances, where else you have performed

Please indicate what you require to perform, e.g. speaker, microphone etc.

If you have a stage plot, please attach.

Please note: Your insurance policy must be up to date with a minimum of $20,000,000 indemnities.

All fields of the application must be competed or the submission with be denied.

Applications are open to performers of all genders. Final program decisions will be made by the Festivals and Events team and performers will be notified after the closure of applications.
