The Mackay Festival of Arts is returning for its 37th year of incredible events and community entertainment from the 24 June to 11 August 2024.
This annual Festival of Arts program takes place across the entire month of July, with a suite of events activating at various locations in and around the Mackay region.
Proudly supported by the Mackay Regional Council, this highly anticipated annual arts and cultural event brings Mackay to life for an entire month and more. In 2023, the program featured 32 fabulous events and attracted over 87,521 people to the Mackay region, which we hope will continue to grow into the future.
This exciting event program annually features large-scale festivals, to locally produced events run by local businesses and organisers. From art, music, comedy to indoor, outdoor, free community and ticketed, there is an event that everyone can enjoy!
