Lost property
Do you think you have left something behind at an event at the MECC? Just call our friendly Box Office team during office hours or email mecctickets@mackay.qld.gov.au and our staff will check our lost property to see if your missing item is here.
If your item has been found, you will need to collect it within two weeks of the event date. After this date items will be donated/ disposed after a month if not collected.
Only hygienic items that are of value will be kept (i.e. no water bottles etc.).
