The Mackay Festival of Arts is back for it’s 37th Year!
From the 22nd June – 11th August, The 2024 Mackay Festival of Arts promises to be a packed out season of events and community entertainment. With over 30 events and activations held across the Mackay Region we invite you to see, taste or explore something that may be outside your comfort zone; to broaden your horizons and create some memories.
Supported by the Mackay Regional Council, this dynamic program features both large-scale festivals to small scale productions produced by local event organisers, community groups and businesses, showcasing local artists, performers, vendors, venues, and iconic sites, all of which make us uniquely Mackay. From indoor exhibitions to outdoor spectacles, from free community gatherings to ticketed performances, the 2024 Mackay Festival of Arts offers something for everyone to enjoy over the festival season.
