Enjoy a 45-minute masterclass with Patrice and Simon, the creators of Plattered Up, and pair full-bodied wines with strong, flavourful cheeses. Each ticket holder will tantalise their taste buds with 3 cheese and wine pairings, to score their personal favourite. To finish the masterclass, attendees take home a calico bag filled with information on all things cheese.
