A Sensory Dining Experience
In collaboration with the superb MECC Chefs, the Festival brings you an exclusive pop up dining experience to challenge your senses and enliven your tastebuds.
Imagine entering a minimalist room swathed in white and as each sumptuous course is served to you, opulent shades and bursts of colour fall across the room ̶ enhancing your dining experience.
Research suggests certain colours alter the taste of food, enhancing your interaction with your meal. Join us in this feast of colour and decide for yourself.
Entrée: Seafood terrine served with Canadian bacon jam droplets, fennel shards and thinly sliced bread crisps.*
Main: Smoked chicken breast coupled with speck, grilled sweet corn, mustard apricots, toasted almonds and a camembert white sauce. g/f **
Dessert: White chocolate sphere lined with a lime mousse, lemon shortbread crumb, orange gel and candied ginger cream.*
This sumptuous 3 course dinner will be paired with one glass of wine per course. Carefully selected by the Chef from Samuel Smith & Sons premium portfolio of wines.
